There are times that you can feel so alone even a room full of people. How do you cope with this? That is good question. I have found that meditation and prayer are key.
I pray every morning I wake up. This is a must for me. After I speak to God I then go into meditation. I clear my mind of any and everything I may be worrying about. I focus on me and my breathing and refocus myself.
There is not a day that goes by that I don't miss my husband. He was my biggest everything. When I do meditate I can feel his presence and know he is with me.
