Self Care
The biggest topic that is being discussed now is not only mental health but also self care. Just so you know that this is not a selfish act. It is necessary. Self care contributes to mental health. I challenge you to take one day a week to focus on self care.
Examples - just give it a try:
Eat a healthy meal.
Engage in exercise.
Go for a walk.
Drink water.
Practice good sleep hygiene (click here for more information)
Have a cup of tea.
Sit in the sunlight.
Take a shower or bath.
